Support Back of House Staff

Summary

Support Back of House (BOH) Staff responsibilities include collecting used dishes, plates and utensils, loading washing machines, washing and drying dishes. Also stacking washed items appropriately. In addition, you will be responsible for keeping Back of House (BOH) clean. Prepping food items as directed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area by, sweeping, dry mopping, wiping counters, etc.
  • Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
  • Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
  • Stocking and prepping of food items
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Reasoning Skills

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer knowledge.

Production Staff

Summary

As a member of the Production staff you will perform routine kitchen tasks such as setting up workstations and ingredients, so that food can be prepared according to recipes. Production staff must be quick, diligent and willing to improve on the job. You must be mindful of assembly of menu items and have the able to follow instructions as well as all health and safety rules in the kitchen. Ability to function in a fast-paced, busy environment as a part of a team is also necessary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items as directed by Manager
  • Prepare cooking ingredients per kitchen specifications being mindful of health department guidelines
  • Ensure all food and other items are stored properly

Customer Service Representative

Summary

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) you will be responsible for servicing our customers, by filling their food and drink orders to our company standards. As a CSR it is essential that you have an energetic, friendly and caring attitude at all time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customer in order to provide them with a positive customer experience
  • Service customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Be mindful of customers’ requests and needs
  • Have the ability to understand the menu and suggest items
  • Listen and interpret special needs of customer to the Production staff
  • Be attentive to ensure that they are enjoying their meal and take action to correct any problems
  • Answering phones to take to-go orders
  • Perform cleaning tasks as needed or directed by Manager
  • Check customer’s identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic
  • beverages
  • Perform food preparation duties
  • Adhere to proper practices to ensure food safety
  • Other duties may be assigned.
